These terms and conditions apply to services provided by Salamander-Wander, operated by Lenka Sándor, ID No. 74293915, located at Valečovská 838/5, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic.

2. Personal Data & Privacy:

Salamander-Wander respects the privacy of its clients. Any personal information provided will be treated confidentially and securely.
We collect and process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling our service obligations, ensuring effective communication, and for marketing purposes (subject to consent).
Personal contact details of clients will be retained for 3 years after the reservation to send personalized offers for future tours. This data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.

3. Bookings:

All bookings should be made in advance through the official channels of Salamander-Wander.
Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation detailing the specifics of the tour.

4. Payment:

Payments are to be made directly to the tour guide on the day of the tour, either in cash or through electronic means.
In the event of a cancellation less than 1 hour before the scheduled departure, or a "no show" situation, clients will receive an invoice for a cancellation fee of 50 EUR, payable via bank transfer.

Clients will be informed of any changes, including itinerary adjustments or tour cancellations, using the same method they used for booking (e.g., email, phone, Whatsapp, Viber, etc.).

Tours are of moderate difficulty. Participants must be mobile and capable of walking a minimum of 4km on forest paths. Baby carriers are necessary for infants as tours cannot accommodate strollers.
Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness levels based on the tour description and ensuring they can complete the tour without limiting other participants.

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. Clients are advised to review them regularly.
